• Academy: an educational institution posting job listings

Academies agree to:

• Verify academy and user information

7. Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to their uploaded content
• Users grant us permission to display and process that content to run the platform
• Platform content and features are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes
• We do not guarantee job placement
• We are not liable for disputes between users and academies
• We do not independently verify every academy or user submission

9. Term and Termination

• Users may delete their accounts at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• Data retention obligations may continue after termination where required

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except where mandatory local laws apply.
